This 3 hour walk is inspired by African Roots of Lisbon tour
by Naky. During the walk we will explore and be informed of
the underestimated role of African heritage in Bayreuth’s
socio-political and economic history. The chronology will
begin in the late 20th century ending up with early 21st
century establishments like Iwalewahaus, BIGSAS and
“Africa Multiple” Africa Cluster of Excellence.
